Sears Holdings Asset & Profit Protection Associates Receive LPC Certification Scholarships to Support Career Advancement

Matthews, NC (March 11, 2016) - Sears Holdings, in partnership with the The Loss Prevention Foundation(LPF) today awarded 12 Sears Holdings Asset & Profit Protection Associates scholarships designed to support their career advancement and personal development while working at SHMC. Sears Holdings takes great pleasure in every opportunity to invest in the development of their teams. 

SHMC awarded the scholarships for certification-review courses and the final LPCertified (LPC) examination which will earn them a widely-recognized certification within the loss prevention industry.

Scott Glenn, Vice President and Chief Security Officer noted: "We are extremely proud to be able to continue to support our upcoming leaders through the Loss Prevention Foundation. I know how comprehensive and rigorous the coursework for LPC certification is and I am very proud of our associates that have committed themselves to this process."
